Kansas City Local SUP Lessons, Adventures, Yoga + Meditations

All of my offerings are rooted in guiding you back to connection—connection with your body, your breath, and the natural world. Whether through the calm of a SUP meditation, the playful flow of gentle yoga on the water, or the deep release of breathwork and sound, each experience is designed to support your journey toward balance, resilience, and inner harmony. With a deep respect for nature’s wisdom, these practices help you cultivate presence, release what no longer serves, and return to the wholeness already within you.

I've designed all offerings for beginners to SUP & first timers in mind.

Whether you've paddled before or this is your first time on the water, we can choose a plan that works best for your capabilities. I have a gentle and easy going personality, and believe that SUP is for everyone. In my opinion, SUP is a choose your own adventure type of sport.

As a Kansas City native, I have a deep familiarity with the lakes in the KC area and beyond. With my SUP Yoga Teacher certification and experience paddling across the country and in Hawaii, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every lesson and experience. Water safety is always a priority, and I’m here to ensure that you feel confident and comfortable as you flow on the water. Whether you're a beginner or experienced paddler, I provide guidance that’s rooted in both skill and respect for the water.

I have three boards available for rent.

If you rent on of my boards, I provide:

  • Beginner friendly, extra stable all inclusive SUP boards. (3 available)
