From My Heart to Yours
Hi, I’m Courtney, and I created Wander & Flow because I believe in the power of reconnecting—with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. I believe we are all sovereign beings, here with a unique life purpose and our own challenges to overcome. My journey has shown me the importance of slowing down, listening to what’s beneath the surface, and approaching healing in a way that honors the mind, body, and spirit.
My own path has been one of deep transformation. After losing my grandmother, I found myself in a dark place, overwhelmed by grief, physical pain, and anxiety that felt impossible to escape. I disconnected from life and from myself, but little by little, I found healing in the simplest, most sacred moments—time spent in my hammock, on my paddleboard, or with my camera in nature. In those moments, I felt my heart stir, my nervous system settle, and the first sparks of hope return.
As a Registered Nurse, I’ve seen both the beauty and the limitations of traditional healthcare. That experience pushed me to explore alternative, holistic approaches to healing—modalities that helped me release the weight I was carrying and reconnect with my inner wisdom. Breathwork, mindfulness, sacred medicines, and subconscious work like manifestation opened doors I didn’t know existed. I came to understand the depths of the nervous system, the power of slowing down, and the importance of honoring both the individual and the ancestral layers of our experiences.
Along the way, I became a certified Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga Teacher and am currently completing my certification as a Breathwork Facilitator. I’ve also been deeply influenced by thought leaders like Robin Wall Kimmerer, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Peter Levine, Gabor Maté, and Carl Jung—teachers whose wisdom has shaped my understanding of the interconnectedness of all things and the innate resilience within us.
Wander & Flow was born from this journey—a space to help others reconnect with themselves, honor their unique path, and navigate the healing they’re ready for. Whether it’s through breathwork, mindful movement, or moments of stillness on the water, my goal is to create a sacred container where you feel supported to explore, release, and grow in your own way.
This work is deeply personal to me. It’s about more than finding balance—it’s about remembering who we are, stepping into our purpose, and flowing with life in a way that feels true and aligned. It’s also about community—creating connections and holding space for each other as we walk this path.
I’m honored to hold space for your healing, just as so many have held space for mine. Whether we meet on the breathwork table, in nature, on the paddleboard, or with you in front of my lens— I know it will be in divine timing.
With love, Courtney
