Each 1:1 session is uniquely attuned to you. Whether you're moving through something tender, seeking clarity, or simply wanting to come home to your body, this space invites all of you to be present. Together, we gently explore the inner landscape through guided meditation, conscious connected breathwork, and intentional reflection.
These sessions aren't about fixing or forcing; it’s a process of reconnecting with your innate wisdom, gently releasing what no longer serves, and creating space for what’s ready to emerge. Sessions are held with deep care, grounded in trauma-informed and nervous system-aware practices. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just come as you are, and we’ll begin from there.
I also offer custom breathwork packages for those wanting ongoing support.

I offer stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) experiences that blend movement, mindfulness, and connection. In my beginner lessons, I’ll guide you through the basics at your own pace, whether you’re going solo or with a group.
For a more peaceful, reflective experience, I offer floating meditations, where we’ll drift on the water together while I guide you through mindfulness practices to restore balance and calm.
If you’re looking for a deeper connection between movement and mindfulness, my gentle SUP yoga sessions are designed to help you enhance flexibility, balance, and presence while grounding you in the rhythm of the water. Whether you're here to learn, heal, or simply relax, each session is crafted to help you flow with ease and reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.
